pinteresting world.

So, I recently joined the pinterest world (better late than never) and I feel like I should nicely say goodbye to everyone. I will now be totally consumed in other people's boards rather than their lives. In the past I would gladly waste my time, blog-stalking, while Elliot took naps. So, after several of my always-technically-savvy friends and sister "invited" me to join, I finally caved.  I have an addictive personality and this is why I was using self-control for so long, and ignoring the invitations, I knew once I started I would have a new, incredibly addicting, time-waster. And I was right. But, for the record, it has inspired this little part of me. Since I joined I have wasted a lot of time, it's true, but I really think it has done some good for me. I have actually become more "pinteresting," if you will. In the last week,  I have refurbished a mirror, and completed a painting for my bedroom. I think the boards are actually reminding me that I can be creative. I needed a little umph in my life, and I think this might just be the cure. (If I could just stop pinning and continue making.) So, if I lose touch for a bit, just know, I am incredibly busy being creative and productive, thanks to my new motivation, pinterest. (Or at least, I am sitting here, pinning all my possibilities.)
