There has been a lot of snow in Cleveland and we have really been enjoying it, especially Jace. He is a creature of winter. He was just born that way. He watches the weather anxiously, waiting for the next storm. He even gets really disappointed when there is talk of a big storm coming our way and then it skips us and hits another city instead. I think if he could, he would stop everything for the winter and move somewhere in the mountains, away from everything, just so he wouldn't miss a single powder day. He has been known to wake the kids on a snowy night and stand on the porch to watch it fall. Since they were both babies they have been fascinated by it too. The cold doesn't phase them. Elliot could live outside all winter and brave any storm if it meant he would be building a snowman or sledding with his dad. And Mae watches longingly out the window for her turn. They are little snow creatures, just like their daddy. And I love it.
