Elliot: the receiver of imported goods.

Because boxes have become his new "special" toys.

But mostly because, he knows as well as I do, all packages from Gram and Pop are filled with wonderful things!

I think he just feels the need to familiarize himself, with the new woman who is about to disrupt his life.

Seriously though, if she looks as cute as he does, I will be pleased.

Oh how our time here seems to be flying by and yet moving so slowly some days (most days). This is why, I have decided to stop sulking, pouting, wallowing and especially counting down, the days that I am here in Cleveland. (Not that I don't like it here, I do, I'm just homesick is all.) Because, I have realized something very important, while this might be just another day, to get me through many more days, until we are done with med school, these are the days in the life of my sweet Elliot. I am trying to make each one count. I am trying to see all the excitement, he sees, in the small things. I am trying to have a child's perspective. I am going to love it here, with Elliot as my example (and of course Jace, who has had nothing but success thus far) if it's the last thing I do... Until my family comes to visit... then I might need a new perspective... again.
